Importance of Exfoliating

Exfoliating regularly will improve skin cell repair

Using a good exfoliator at least once a week can help speed up the results you will get from your other skincare products. Exfoliators with grit not only removes the dead skin but it also stimulates skin cell rejuvenation.

You want to be careful not to over exfoliate. Exfoliating with too much pressure or too often can cause more damage than good. This is why our Rejuvenating Exfoliator is made with a fine powder of Chamomile Flowers, Lavender Flowers and Raspberry Seeds. Gritty but gentle. Gentle enough you can use it daily if you want.

This is partly due to the fact it also has Kokum Butter and Mango Butter added to it. Both of these butters create deep cellular moisturizing, won't clog pores and treat a variety of skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis. IT's the same base as our body butter!

By now you probably know how powerful Frankincense is for healing the skin. Imagine how powerful 4 varieties of Frankincense essential oils can be! Combining them with Roman Chamomile essential oil makes this blend a powerhouse in rejuvenating skin cells!

Leaving this exfoliator on your skin for up to 10 minutes will help the ingredients absorb deep

into the skin. But you can also rinse it off immediately. You can wash it off or just rinse, dry and continue with your normal skincare routine. There is no wrong way to use it.

I personally like to apply it at night and let it stay on for up to 10 minutes. Then I wash it off, pat dry, use Toner, Deep Healing Serum and Night Cream. You can also use the Cleansing Oil after you rinse it off if it feels too heavy for you.

My hobby became a business because of my valued followers like you. It's very important to me to know what people want. Please feel free to reach out to me and share what products you would love to see. If you have used any TSF products I would love to hear your experience. The good and the bad. These products are made for YOU. So if they are not working for you I want to know.
