The main thing that makes them different is that our products are handmade in small batches. But the biggest difference is the ingredients. Let's start with what's not in our products. You will never find any synthetic ingredients, ever. Every ingredient is carefully chosen for their benefits to you. I don't use alcohol or harsh chemicals. Recently I removed coconut oil because I was hearing from many people that they are allergic. So what is in our products? KEY INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS: Kokum Butter: heals dry and cracked skin, aids in improving the appearance of scars and stretch marks, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties that make it ideal for damaged skin, regenerates skin cells & reduces degeneration of skin cells. Mango Butter: maintains elasticity of your skin, highly-absorbent, nourishing and enriching the skin year-round, valued for its fatty acid and mineral content as well as being a rich source of antioxidants, can both prevent and smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, can soothe skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, and reduce appearance of scars and stretch marks.
Grapeseed Oil: anti-inflammatory properties, contains high levels of linoleic acid, doesn't clog pores so it is a commonly used moisturizer for acne-prone and sensitive skin, facilitates wound healing, and is reduces age and sun damage.
Tamanu Oil: helps make collagen, wound healing abilities, can help reduce scars, eases minor burns and sunburns. rich in fatty acids, ultra-hydrating, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Carrot Seed Oil: slows down ageing, soothes the skin, protects skin from sun damage, helps treat various skin conditions, removes dead skin cells and cleanse pores
Other carrier oils that have deep cellular healing properties, boost collagen and are powerful anti-aging properties. (Rosehip Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Prickly Pear Seed Oil, Castor Oil)
Hibiscus: often called "nature's Botox" because it's so rich in vitamin A and C. It exfoliates and treats uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and boosts collagen production which tightens the skin.
Plant based preservatives: exposure to synthetic preservatives is linked to reproductive, liver, kidney, endocrine, cellular, and skin troubles. Although plant based preservatives shorten the shelf life, I feel the benefits outweigh this disadvantages. This is why I make all products in small batches.
Pure Essential Oils: the only thing we use for aroma is essential oils. We get our oils from 2 trustworthy companies, Plant Therapy and Liberty Naturals. The essential oils chosen for the facial products are all chosen for their healing properties, not their aroma.
